Timothy Dollard
Timothy
was born and raised in Rock Hill, New York, but has lived in
Smallwood since 1972. Tim holds an electrical license in Sullivan
County and is a union trained Master Electrician. Tim served
on the Bethel Town Planning Board for fourteen years. He most
recently retired from a position at a large healthcare facility,
where he served as Superintendent of Facilities and Grounds
for fourteen years.
Timothy
has a lot of experience in overseeing real estate and all types
of buildings, including residential and commercial. He is also
familiar with many local tradesmen and contractors, and can
assist you with any type of home project.
